Took my CD's to the NYC streets today.
People move too fast in the city. Nobody can slow down, nobody trusts anybody, nobody gives anybody a chance, nor charity.
Couldn't sell one disc, and I had a bold sign.
People don't care about originals.
They just want the same cookie cutter, mainstream, monopolized, materialistic, mundane fluff that saturates the country.
There's too much competition
What's it mean to make a small wave in an already squallish ocean?
You really going to have an impact?
So didn't sell a CD.
Met Lisa while I was leaving my parking spot, she wanted it, so I let her have it. She had a magical mystique about her.
Just had to let her check out the CD!
Hope she loves it.
While in NYC I roamed around Union Square.
So many people there. The Square is a movement in it's own right.
There was a cipher so I stuck around and listened to the MC's
There was a line too, so I waited and told them to get me in on it.
Eventually my turn came up and I tore it up.
I think I gave a good impression!
Hopefully that'll some good exposure.

I'm watching "HOW THE EARTH WAS MADE"
It is an interesting show. Compares well with "HOW IT'S MADE"
